1996 - 2004: Multiple medals as part of NTS's A & B relay teams.

1997 - SSA Junior Team @ International Age Group gala in Taiwan - Individual Gold, silver & bronze medals.
Founder
Champion Swim Club is one of the oldest swimming clubs in Northern Gauteng. Mrs. Wendy Albertyn was the founder and head coach of Champion Swim Club for many years and coached multiple very successful swimmers to the highest levels of competition in South Africa as well as International competitions.
She is a Honorary Life Member of Swimming South Africa and well-known and respected in swimming circles the world over.
She and her husband, Trevor, emigrated to the U.S.A. in September 2021.
Yvette had been involved as a coach with Champion Swim Club since 2020 and her acquisition of the club was completed in 2021.
The club has since been rebranded, but is proud of its roots and legacy.
